What is a Site Manager?
Well a site manager is just the same as everyone else. Mainly we understand that not everyone here wants to do more than just stream so we are the ones that are specifically focused on the growth and longevity of Insomniac Gamers. In addition, we're here to be the maintainers of what is fair for everyone when the situation arises and to set the greatest example for everyone to see and follow.
Outside of that the main perk is that site managers have the final say on what ultimately happens, but everyone's input will always be taken into consideration. The main thing we want to stress is transparency and everyone's involvement as everyone will be involved every step of the way.
What is a Full Streamer?
A full streamer is someone who's been accepted from a trial streamer to someone amongst our ranks. Someone that we all felt has been dedicated enough become part of the Insomniac Gamers family. Full streamers will be informed and part of the process of everything that goes on InsomniacGamers.
How do I become a Full Streamer?
Basically a month or so process of examination based on how you behave and stream for a two hour period will determine whether or not you become a full streamer. Also if you do not stream enough, it simply won't be possible to determine whether or not you are full streamer material.
What is a Trial Streamer?
A Trial streamer is someone who is in the process of becoming a Full Streamer. A trial streamers input will always be considered, but it won't have near as much weight as a full streamer's opinion.
What is expected of a Trial Streamer
MAKE SURE YOU BUMP THE THREADS. And help promote them too and if your fellow streamer needs a thread made (however they should normally make ones them self but if they can't) please help your fellow streamer out and make a thread.
Thread making and bumping is expected of all streamers regardless of position, but it is looked to as one of the criteria if you will make a good fit at Insomniac Gamers.
