Chatango Rules

Adieuu:
ZERO TOLERANCE (Instant ban no warning will be given)
         -CP, anything illegal
         -Advertising
         -Talking on behalf of banned members. They're banned for a reason
         -Drama
         -Doxing or personal information request without the individuals consent.
         -Complaining or snarky remarks in public chat with regards to warnings given in PM or in public chat. Leads to drama, don't do it. You don't like our rules we're not making you stay here. Discussions with Chat mods or Admins in private is more than allowed and encouraged if there is an issue.

GENERAL RULES (May be told to not do it)
        -If porn or Gore image mark it NSFW, if it is a youtube video with graphic imagery break it up and label it NSFW
        -No racism/racist names or avoiding wordfilter
        -Keep arguing/drama out of chat use PMs
        -For walls of text use a pastebin link instead
        -Anything above Size 15 Font (14 preferred. Different fonts end up in different sizes so this may very as some just look hueg liek xbawks)
        -Annoyingly Bright Backgrounds
        -Spamming (Which includes one word posts, repeated picture posting, and etc)
        -Impersonating others always ends bad, don't do it.
        -Attention Whoring - We don't care how much sex you have, how big your boobs are, how much you can lift, how much you like pretending to be a girl on the internet(no but rly i'm a 13 f from cali), or that you have over 300 confirmed kills. Chatango chat isn't the place to discuss it, if you want to show people what you look like refer to the forums or PMs. What you like to do in your private life is your business, what happens in chatango is ours. Partaking in these conversations from time to time is fine, but being the continual catalyst for starting them the majority of the time you're in chat is obviously not. Use your common sense here there's a difference between joking around and omg look at me I can't even hold all these orgasms teehee. (We don't want chat turning into dildos)
         

Remember these rules are only some of the things that we enforce, the list is not complete list, but rather a set of general guidelines for the viewers to follow.


If a moderator tells you to do something you better listen or you might just find yourself banned. Remember moderators are the ones with the power to remove you, and they're not going to ban you unless you deserve it.


If you feel at any point a moderator has abused his or her position feel free to contact one of the admin, or if you feel you have been banned in error/deserve a second chance contact an admin as well.

A site ADMIN may remove you from chat without any warnings and keep you removed if you are being too disruptive to chat. If you want to contest it feel free to contact and admin, however if you've gotten to this point you probably won't find too much sympathy.

As a reminder, the admins are Insomnia, Adieuu, Noxnn, and Kefka1000

Lastly treat everyone the way you would want to be treated, WITH RESPECT.

If you feel there's anything important we should consider adding to the rules, post it in the General Suggestions section, so that everyone can discuss how they feel about it.

If you don't agree with our current rules, don't be afraid to discuss it in the General Suggestions section, or PM an admin to talk to them about it specifically. We don't mind giving clarifications or discussing them, but we'd ask you keep that out of chatango. People get worked up in chatango to easily to have a meritable conversation there about rules.

Insomnia:
Rules have been updated to avoid the continual Insomniac Gamers "afterhours" conversations. It's okay to have fun sometimes but doing it over and over is eh. . . . we're not a porn site. Outside of the occasional messing around I'm not going to keep telling people keep it in their pants. (Yesterday's conversation was very disturbing on many levels and this is coming from me ffs. Like I said having fun is fine but I'd like to think people know the difference between what's crossing the line for the sake of attention and joking around.) I don't want to start having disclaimers that you have to be of xxx age to click and most of those conversations end up ruining chat as well.
